After having many internet/wi-fi and phone issues for years at our office, SADOS has resolved them and made our workplace more efficient. A Message to Our Valued Customers
As we navigate the current health crisis together, we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers and our employees.
In regards to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s announcement at 11 AM EST on March 23rd, 2020, SADOS is considered an essential business due to the telecommunication and information technology services SADOS provides. With this in mind, we will continue to provide our customers with the level of service they expect from a 24/7 Managed Service Provider.
For the safety of our customers and employees we have closed the office at 501 N. Market St. temporarily. All employees are working remote and will be able to assist you in all of your telecommunication and technology needs. Onsite visits to client locations will be determined on a case-by-case basis only and will be addressed if the situation is deemed to be fixable only by a site visit. Please allow us the time to coordinate this type of visit.
