Every managed IT plan includes our SPARTAN management agent, enterprise antivirus, 24/7 help desk access, a 4-hour response time SLA during business hours, remote control access for troubleshooting, and operating system patching and updates. Higher tiers add dedicated support hours, ransomware protection, remote workforce tools, and a dedicated customer success manager. Security is built into the price, not bolted on as an add-on.
You pay a flat monthly fee for each device we manage. Desktops, laptops, servers, and networks each have their own pricing tier. Add a device, your bill goes up by that device’s rate. Remove one, it goes down. No long-term commitments on device counts. This model keeps costs predictable and scales naturally as your business grows.
If you exceed your plan’s included support hours in a given month, additional time is billed at our managed client rates ($100/hr remote, $120/hr on-site). You can also pre-purchase a bucket of hours at discounted rates for a buffer. If you consistently exceed your plan’s hours, we’ll recommend moving to the next tier, which is usually more cost-effective.
Onboarding involves installing monitoring agents, documenting your systems, and addressing any immediate issues. The initial onboarding investment varies by environment size and complexity. Service agreements run on an annual basis with a 60-day trial period. If things aren’t working within the first 60 days, you can walk away without penalty.
No. We work with businesses of all sizes, from 5 devices to 500+. The pricing is the same per device regardless of your total count. Volume considerations may apply for very large deployments; contact us to discuss.
Printers, VoIP phones, and other network devices are typically covered under your network management plan. Mobile devices connected to company resources may require additional management depending on your security requirements. We’ll cover this during the initial assessment.
