SADOS is always available for any IT need literally at any time (even at 5:30 at the end of the work day to fix a server issue). The team at Sados reorganized our entire network, storage and server systems that were in shambles when they arrived. The network in our print shop had evolved organically over the years into cables running along walls, through multiple hubs plugged into hubs and a work station acting as a server.

The SADOS team installed 24 (in wall) network drops , a real server, battery backup, updated all our computers to Win 10, solid state hard drives and installed and verified all the drivers and software for our equipment. Our workstations access our presses, wide format and dye sub printers, automated equipment such as the slitter/creaser/cutter etc., and our network is secure. Even though there are only 4 of us in the shop, we rely on seamless, robust network performance as well as rapid, efficient response to issues, which are now few and far between.

Wow, this is some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen!!! I called looking for an obsolete computer cable (Dell from way back in the mid-2000’s) and despite it being after business hours on Friday, Jon answered and volunteered to drive to their location in downtown and look for the cable I needed to complete my setup and without a charge!! I was already super impressed but then, Jon surprised me by offering to drive an entire bag of cables and drop them at my location which he did effortlessly. As a small business owner in downtown Frederick, I appreciate this level of customer service SO SO MUCH and even more so when it’s freezing cold and I don’t have to brave the single temp windchill digits to hike up 5 blocks to their location.

I will be recommending SADOS for all my friends looking for amazing customer support and a friendly smile to go along! Thank you for making my crazy Friday evening a million times better thank you for making small business in Frederick even more amazing!
